Do not use ShareWave to distribute files that you are not legally permitted to distribute.

4. No permanent file storage

ShareWave is intended as a file-transfer service and not as a permanent cloud-storage service. Users should keep their own backups of important files.

ShareWave depends on browser, network, firewall, NAT, VPN, carrier, and internet conditions. We cannot guarantee that every transfer will successfully establish or maintain a connection.

6. Service availability

We may modify, suspend, maintain, or discontinue parts of the service when necessary for security, maintenance, upgrades, or operational reasons.

7. Security

Users should use appropriate security practices when transferring files. Do not open files received from an untrusted source.

8. Third-party services

ShareWave may depend on third-party infrastructure and services. Availability or behavior of those services may affect the ShareWave experience.

9. Disclaimer

ShareWave is provided on an availability basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or universally compatible operation.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ShareWave and its operator will not be responsible for losses resulting from misuse of the service, network failures, user actions, third-party service failures, or files transferred by users.

11. Changes to these terms

These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. Continued use of ShareWave after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms to the extent permitted by law.
